For everyone who came to Arts d'Vine and sampled the delicious  food made by our very own Glenda here is the recipe for the Cheese Ring:
Strawberry Cheese Ring:
1 pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese-Grated
1 Cup pecans -chopped
3/4 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
3 or 4 green onions-finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 cup strawberry preserves
combine and pat mixture into ring mold. Chill. After unmolding, fill center with preserves; garnish with fresh parsley and serve with ritz crackers.
