Fabulous Finds in once again venturing into something new and we may need you.We are looking for  Merchanista's with valid tax id numbers and unique items such as home decor, small accent furniture, jewelry, ladies accessories, florals, seasonal items, etc... to rent space in our store. Designer's welcome that want to showcase your talents and services. Some of the benefits to bringing your pretties to our store are resonable leasing rates, short term contracts, no employees, sales tax reporting handled for you, utilities included, you provide your inventory list we print tags, high visibility of you items we have over 1500 consignors here and are in the heart of Downtown Kernersville one of the areas fastest growing towns.

8'x 9'1/2 (3 available now) $210.00 per month
10'x 9'1/2 (2 available in September) $295.00 per month
13'x 9' 1/2 (1 available in September) $365.00 per month
6 month lease signing is required
One month rent for securtiy deposit
One month rent in advance prior to move in
10% of sales to Fabulous Finds to cover credit card fees, bags, overhead cost for us.
